If you, or your neighbours, have a large rear garden or disused area adjacent to your property we can advise on its development potential. Even if the land does not belong to you we will still offer a 'finders fee' if the land is developed by us.

The value of a plot can be between 15% and 30% of the eventual selling price of the house to be built. In most cases the money being paid for the land will be TAX FREE!
